Share an internal network report with your IT provider

On-Premise reports live in your dashboard. If you want your MSP or IT person to see the same view without giving them your password, use the share link on the report.

    Sign in and open the internal network report you want to share (from your dashboard).

    Click Share with IT provider at the top of the report.
  3. 3
    A secure link is created and copied to your clipboard automatically.

    Paste the link into an email or message to your IT provider. They can open it in a browser without signing in.

Anyone with the link can view that snapshot of the report. Only share it with people you trust. If you are unsure, send it only to your known IT contact.

This applies to internal (On-Premise) reports. Website snapshot reports use different sharing options on the report page where available.
